Hello Sister!
We are Cherstaria & Carrie Poe, and we have been journeying together in womb centered work since 2019.
We met through our beloved lineage, Song of Sophia School, and recognized we'd known one another for lifetimes before. We affectionately refer to ourselves as the Swan Sisters.
We are both plant-taught, womb-wise Ceremonial Healers and Sophianic Wave practitioners- and we each bring our own unique medicine to the cauldron of this creation. We are both within the threshold of the peri & menopause initiation, and this container we are offering is also the container we desire.
We have created together for many incarnations, and we invite you to join us now!

is a Brigidine midwife, mother, and womb-centered ceremonialist informed by plant medicine wisdom and the divine creative spark.
I bring the songs of the plants together with oracular inspiration to support your path, your integration of trauma and life-cycle events, and your connection to Gaia Sophia. I listen deeply to the truth you and your body express but that you might not see or hear.
I contribute to and draw from deep wells of ancestral and spirit-honored tradition and have studied and practiced for many years garnering a body of lived experience through dark nights of the soul and through rebirth into new realms of freedom and liberation.

At menopause (and peri), we are hormonally, spiritually, and energetically supported to cross another threshold into a NEW station in life, from mother into Magi or Queen.
This Second Bloom can be a perfect time to ALLOW ourselves to live from a place of delight of the inner child coupled with decisive certainty in OUR choices and desires.

Samhain Threshold Retreat
October 30-November 3, 2025 in the beautiful forests of Bellair Michigan
An Optional In-Person Ceremonial Plant Medicine Retreat for Second Bloom participants wishing to go deeper with Carrie and Cherstar with the support of our plant allies.
In the potent energies of the Samhain portal, we cross a threshold into the deep autumn colors of our lives. As the forever green of summer falls away, we show our true colors in a display of authenticity-we no longer want or need to edit for anyone’s eyes. For four nights, we will journey together into the truth of our own hearts and lived experience.
During this journey we will be witnessed by the women around us who are also standing at this threshold between seasons. Somewhere between the end of summer and the beginning of winter we stand, each in her perfect placement. Into the darkness of liminal spaces we will go- the fertile darkness of the womb where the seeds of all organic life swim in the oceans of our wombs.
This is the place where the answers to all of our questions reside.
In this way we rebirth ourselves into the second bloom of life. This bloom is for our internal universe, our internal expression. It is not curated for the public eye. It does not care how it appears to others. It is a bloom that we midwife in ourselves for our highest expression.
